3. Appointments and bookings

Requests made through the website, WhatsApp or phone are appointment requests and are confirmed by our team. Late arrival may require rescheduling to protect other patients’ appointments.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you cannot attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

5. Fees and payment

Treatment fees are quoted before a procedure begins. Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless arranged otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but an accepted valid quote will be honoured.

6. Medical disclaimer

All treatments require individual clinical assessment. Results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed. DentGen’s services are not for medical emergencies; in an emergency, call 998 or go to the nearest hospital.
