DentGen Dental & Aesthetic Clinic ("DentGen", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and protects your personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• You provide: name, phone, email, location, appointment requests, and — where relevant to your treatment — health and medical information you share with us.
• Automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and cookie / analytics data when you use our website.
• From ads & social media: if you submit a lead or contact form through our Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive the name and contact details you provided to Meta.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, schedule appointments and provide dental, aesthetic and skin care.
• To contact you about your appointment, treatment or request.
• To send offers or updates — only with your consent; you can opt out any time.
• To improve our website and services, and to measure our advertising.
• To meet legal, regulatory and medical record-keeping obligations.

3. Cookies & tracking

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, advertising platforms such as Google and Meta) acting on our behalf.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls and secure storage — to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

6. Data retention

We keep personal and medical data only as long as needed to provide care and meet legal and DHA record-keeping requirements, then securely delete or anonymise it.

Under the UAE PDPL you may: access your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and request a copy of your data. To exercise any right, contact us below.

8. How to delete your data

To request deletion of your personal data — including data received through Facebook/Instagram lead ads — email info@dentgendubai.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the phone/email you used. We confirm and delete within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

9. Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without parental or guardian consent. Treatment of minors is arranged with a parent or legal guardian.

10. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take steps to keep your data protected in line with the PDPL.

11. Health information

Your medical and treatment information is confidential and handled in accordance with DHA standards and medical confidentiality obligations.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
